  • THE LUXTON

    Located in the heart of Prahran, the Luxton is a six storey residential and retail hub comprising 53 one and two bedroom apartments and ground floor retail spaces.

    A key tool in the marketing and sales strategy is the agent's sales brochure.

    AHD Studio was commissioned to develop the Luxton's 36 page sales brochure comprising renders, lifestyle photography, maps, interior and exterior details, elevations and floor plans.

  • Fiesta Alta

    Event branding created for Mt Buller's annual food and wine festival - Fiesta Alta. Billed as a week long 'feast on high', Fiesta Alta showcases the finest food and wine from local and regional restaurants and wineries.

  • Mt Buller 2011 Resort Guide

    The studio was commissioned to produce a 28pp Resort Guide for Mt Buller's 2011 ski season. We created the campaign 'Mt Buller - More than a Mountain' and worked with a copywriter to develop headings, straplines and bodycopy. The design of the publication included project managing the 50+ accommodation advertisements.

  • MICE Brochure

    MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and events) is an initiative of the Mt Buller Resort Management Board. It's aim is to promote Mt Buller as the ideal destination for conferences, events and functions. AHD Studio was commissioned to produce a 20pp brochure, website templates and trade-show displays.

  • Rialto Leasing Document

    A limited edition publication commissioned by the Rialto with the view of attracting select tenants to available space in one of Australia's most identifiable landmark office towers. Presented in a bespoke linen slipcase, the brochure is a square format with cheesecloth binding.

  • Bike Buller

    The studio was commissioned to develop a brand and marketing campaign for Mt Buller's main summer offering – biking. Bike Buller encompasses Downhill mountain biking, Cross-country mountain biking and Road cycling and is a rapidly growing offering. The scope of work to date includes brochures, trade show displays, banners, website, e-newsletters, posters, visual merchandising and team uniforms.

  • ARMB Annual Report 2006-07

    60pp Annual Report for Mt Buller and Mt Stirling Alpine Resort Management Board (ARMB). The ARMB acts in a council-like capacity within the resorts of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling, providing essential services to the local community and overseeing public assets and infrastructure. AHD Studio have designed and produced the Annual Report every year since 2002-03.

  • Equiset Brochure Suite

    Equiset is a vibrant business that has made a name for itself in property development, project management and construction. During our working relationship, we have developed a wide range of brochures for Equiset. Some are project specific, others more generic in content. A bespoke slipcase was also designed and produced for select presentations.

  • Mt Buller – In the Line of Fire

    Bushfires raged across Victoria for 69 days in the summer of 2006-07, and for the first time in living memory, Mt Buller was at Risk. This 72 page publication documents th elongest '24 to 48 hours' in the mountains' history.

    The Australian Antique and Art Dealers Asscoiation (AAADA) run Australia's only international quality antique & fine art shows. We have been involved in the marketing of this annual event since 2006. The scope of work includes websites, posters, brochures, invitations, e-Newsletters and extensive advertising.

  • Peter James Smith

    One of a number of catalogues designed and produced for New Zealand/Australian artist Peter James Smith. 'Illumined by darkness' was the catalogue that accompanied the exhibition of the same name at Gallery 101, Melbourne, in September 2005.

  • Rialto Leasing Brochure

    Designed and produced to reiterate the position of Rialto Towers as one of Australia's leading office buildings - an iconic, award winning tower situated in the new heart of Melbourne.

    This 28 page brochure was printed on premium stocks utilising two metallic inks and wet on dry varnishes. It comes presented in bespoke packaging.
